Why can’t I print my picture at walmart.com?

I created a collage using Adobe Photoshop Elements. I went to walmart.com to have it printed and it wouldn’t show up. The picture is one that I took and I did all of the editing/creating. If I save it to my sd card, will I be able to take it into a walmart store and print it?

The file save as and then choose jpeg usually when you have got to save the new file save the new file save as psd file as and then choose jpeg usually when you make.
