What’s the best PC computer with? (Need computer recommendations)?

I’m looking at getting a new computer before going to collage next year and well i have no idea what i’m doing.
I’m looking at getting a new computer before going to collage next year and well i have no idea what i’m doing.
What I’m looking for in the computer is:
A PC– (sorry I hate mac)
labtop or a desktop– don’t care
Powerful Processor- (able to run Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and online graphic games)
Lots of Memory
Fast Internet/ Computer Speed
Good Graphics
(If its a labtop Long Battery Life)
Price wise … err… let make it under $1700

The internet connection the quality of the quality of speed is totally up to read and your isp internet speed when it you live on campus you can use wireless card to play.
