what kind of job or career would be right for me? what to study in college, and do after?

so im a junior in high school and i like making posters and collages, redoing my room, doodling, working with flash, photoshop, and fireworks, (but nothing too serious like extensive web pages) and yeah. i also enjoy and have an appreciating for photography and fashion. sooo ive been thinking graphic design. but then i took the class at my school and didn’t like it that much. maybe it was the projects we were required to do tho and the teacher i didn’t like much. then i thought about designing and making layouts for magazines (like for teen vogue or something). i like arranging things to make them look nice. i don’t even know if thats a job. any thoughts of what i could pursue in college? or after? or what job all these things are related to?
