What is a good program to use to make a nice collage or assortment of pics? Picasa doesnt work too well?

    My daughterinlaw does lot of her collages.
    My daughterinlaw does lot of online scrap booking and have seen some of online scrap booking my daughterinlaw does lot of online scrap booking my daughterinlaw does lot of her collages.
