Proffesionally crop images?

I need to crop an image really well.

I don’t mean box crop, I mean crop everything out except for the body. I am looking for short time and not too technical.

I used Photo Collage, which works well and very fast, but i need better quality.

I know Photoshop can do it, but its too technical.

If you only know of Photoshop, can you give me a good tutorial just focusing on that?

    A video teaching how to do it using Photoshop, very easy to understand.
