Picture help? Need help shinking pictures to collage into another?

Okay well I want to create a collage picture but I need to shink some images according for them to fit.
Does anyone know how to shink images or know of website that will tell me how?? I really would like to know.
Also where can upload a photoshop workshop onto my computer?

    If you go to wal-mart or walgreens you can put in your picture and make it smaller or larger. i don’t know if this is what you are talking about but i hope this helps.
