Photoshop Problem - Pics are black and white?

I’m using Photoshop CS4 which I am using to make a basic collage with picture of friends, however the pictures (which are copy & pasted to make layers) come out black and white. This is not what happens when I am using the program in my Digital Imaging class at my high school.

The only difference is that I am using a PC than the new Mac Pro’s the school bought for the class.
Dont know how to fix this… I did not do anything different and yet the pictures are black and white after being copy and pasted from photobucket.

For something like it in the menus and not anything else then copy and not anything else then copy and make sure its set to rgb and paste it again.
