Photoshop not printing clearly?

I have created a photo collage of small pictures in an 8×10 image size. When looking at the image in photoshop it appears to be crystal clear but when it is printed everything is blurry including the graphics and the text that have been used. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions on how to get this to print clear?

The quality first if no good try cleaning the print quality you buy cheap printer you want spend little money or wait until they bring the new oem cartidges but it still sucks get new models in.
