Please help me im trying to take multiple pictures of the brooklyn bridge and make diamond cuts in mulitple layers to have a nice collage of different shots of the bridge. Please tell me how i can make diamond cuts in the layers of my photos.

You can maybe try using this program:
It can automatically create collages and save them in Photoshop PSD file format that you can open inside of Photoshop.
