Making a picture collage for a wallpaper?

I tried asking this about 5 mins. ago and was getting stupid responses that if they would’ve read the whole question, they should’ve never said.
But I’m wanting to make a wallpaper on my HOME computer and then save it to a disk to put it on my WORK computer. What program can I download, or what website can I make it on?
I don’t have photoshop, but i do have paint. Thats all.
