Im having some problems making a collage on Photoshop.HELP?

I’m pretty new to this and i’ve been doin alot of reading on how to make a collage. It seemed simple but when i try it, it doesnt work. i’ve started a new document and opened up all of my photos but when i drag them and drop them, it doesnt show up as a new layer. Wut is wrong?

The new file types indexed color wont make new file some file some file some file types indexed color in the new file some file some file types indexed color wont make new layers.

Make sure your document is in RGB mode (Image > Mode > RGB).
