Ideas for first year of GCSE Art?

Next week, I have to choose a subject for my first of two years in GCSE Art, and I’m unsure about what I’m able to do.
I have complete understanding of photoshop and am fairly good at drawing on paper, and want to include photoshop in my final peice for my exam this year (We get two exams, one this year and one next year).

I’m thinking of choosing land-mammals as a subject, although I’m not sure what exactly to draw, and what to do for the final peice. Maybe a collage of digital / traditional work?
