I need to make a collage. Is there anyway I can do this with photoshop? This is all I have available?

I’m makeing a poster for my school, but It needs to consist of multiple images (collage) but the only programs I have on computer are Photoshop and Paint, is there anyway I can make a collage out of the pictures stored on the computer useing one of those programs?

    The final size you want then open each other not very useful with photoshop.
