Photoshop Collage

My photoshop skills are not as great as I would like and I need a wallpaper to put as my background before Monday morning (my husband is going away and I want to send him off with a cute wallpaper for his PC).

(I know the photos have the type on them, my friend took them and she sent me the CD out with the photos on there but I’ve yet to get it and he leaves Monday so I have to just use the ones that she had posted on her website, if you can take the type off that’s great, if not its ok)
