ok, i asked earlier this year how to take parts of pictures from their pictures and add those parts to a blank file to make a collage, i guess. i learned this well, and it worked fine, but i need to know how to resize the separate images i cut out. because they are all different sizes and i need help.

Use the arrow tool, And in the toolbar check the box that says “Show Transformation tools” Then you can Resize any picture in that layer.
Its the Most Detailed Way to resize, Remember, hold down “SHIFT” when you resize from both horizontal and vertical, holding shift makes it keep the shape.
