Sure. Most places should be able to handle printing a PDF file. I know that Office Depot and Staples do large PDF files, but not on photographic paper. You can even upload it via their website to check on prices and suggested sizes. You can take it in there on a USB drive or CD, too.

If your file is only 2880 pixels x 1800 pixels it is hardly a ‘large’ file.
It translates to about 24.38 cm x 15.2 cm ( (approx 10 inches x 6 inches) at 300 dots per inch.
Go to Photoshop and then to Image-> Image Size. Untick the “Resample Image” box and fill in a size that can be printed by your desktop printer. The image will keep the same number of pixels. You’ll note that it now has a different resolution.
