Okay, so my old photoshop expired, but I do LOVE photography and need a way again of being about to collage and edit and make my pictures perfect. I can not decide which one to get though. Adobe Photoshop Elements 6? I want one that could… well, just an example, make really good collages, not just look like scrap on top of each other, put pictures placed on top of each other looking very neat and good. Another example, like, if I were to take a picture of my moms friend, who has a few extra pounds, and wanted to slim it down, make her look skinnier, or a picture of a skinny girl and be able to edit it and make it look like bones and anorexia, like she could invest in a doughnut, lol. And I would like one too where I could edit video clips just the same, like if I had a video of me and had a huge zit, and wanted to remove it, lol, all just examples. I am hoping for one not over $300. Any suggestions? Please and thank you!!!

Go with Photoshop Elements, it’s a not very expensive and pretty powerful piece of software. It pretty much has most of the functionality of raw photoshop
