How do I make a wallpaper with some pictures I have?

    Use gimp, it is an open-source alternative to photoshop. It is a very good program. You can download it free here>>http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/

    It’s not the most feature-rich thing in the world, but you can do what you want with Paint (comes with Windows). Paste an image in. Then paste another and move it to where you want. It make take a few tries because once you’re done with an image and click somewhere, you can’t reselect it.

    Challenging, but free!!

    The easiest have found is picasa httppicasacom.
