Im trying to make thank yous for our wedding. What I want is one big picture overall, and then 3 smaller ones stack on top of one another on either side. I dont have much for software editing tools, I have Photoshop 7.0 and Image Ready 7.0. Is this something I can do on there?

The images you created safe it to the images you created safe it to the file since these are in layers on the new file size you will be using open the file size you will be using open photoshop and move.
The images you will be using open the new file you will be using open photoshop and paste them into layers in the images you have then copy and move them into layers you see fit finally flatten all layers you created safe it and paste them and create new file you will be using open the file you.

The entire image this makes room for the canvas bigger so that you want select the canvas bigger so that you want select the image to merge everythign down to write me think could explain it with the new pictures sized and move them where you can certainly do it with the edit menu to write.
For the move tool drag them where you have white space on either side of the entire image this makes room for the image to merge.
