How do I make a lot of different pictures into one? PLEASE HELP?

How do I make different pictures into one. Not a collage or anything but like, you know how on movies they always have one person’s face on anothers body and it looks perfect? how would you add parts from one picture to another and make it look normal , like thats the real thing? I guess it’s something with photoshop, and i have photoshop. Its for my layout/advice/icon/contest site on myspace. PLEASE HELP

I just use paint on the microsoft system, trust me if you seriously tweak it it will look good but you’ll have to tweak right down to the pixel. BUT you have to be patient if you do it this way its very time consuming (i’m patient and have lots of spare time)

Using the clone stamp in photoshop is another way as well.

The eraser to cut off the edges you want the edges you can do it in paint but its actually easier in paint but its done you can do it then right now use that work is worth it right click and eye.
