    You can download Picasa. It’s free and is pretty good.

    yeah picasa is a great way to do it. Its automatic. all you have to do is click on the file.
    If your looking for something where you have more control you can download “gimp” Its a free program that is more or less a ghetto photoshop. Its not as good but it will work for a collage…have you considered doing it by hnd…print the pics arrange them then scan it back in….just a thought
