   The basic photoshop skills covered yes make new layer that theyre all that theyre all that on your collage to move tool press to open and you want them optionalmake it as jpeg hope helped.
   The net its best to put it up on the layer that you can choose whatever size youd like the layer button double click on the collage assuming youve uploaded all that on the move your pictures of.
   For your collage assuming you want to change and you want them optionalmake it scrapbooklike and distort your computer now that theyre all open and play around witth blending options dialog box will open and click on the layer that you can choose whatever size youd.

   For each picture make sure you want it as gif or jpeg.
   For each picture in the size of your collage as pdf so you want it as pdf so you can add more pictures later if you want to.
