Ebay seller using my pictures for there listing?

I am selling a DVD LOT of 4 different DVDS. I used the stock photos provided by my dropship company and made them into a collage with photoshop so all 4 DVDs where on one picture and now others are using my picture. I am going to watermark all of my photos now but are they allowed to do that?

No they are not allowed to pinch your photos, and is reportable; however unless you watermark these then how can you now be sure that your dropshipper has also given them use of these ’stock’ photos.
Clever tech people can tell if they originated from you (i think you can right click on it to see source)
If you are absolutely sure this collage is yours then yes report them and ask/tell them to remove or you can issue ‘cease and desist’ letter from a Solicitor for copyright (and make sure they are on your Blocked Bidders list- in case )
