Collage wallpaper?

Ok so yesterday i was surfing the net and I foud these super cool pictures that I fell in love with (about ten of them). So I couldn’t choose which one to pick to be my wallpaper for my computer so I said to myself “Why not do a collage? I saw a lot of people making collages and then putting them up on their screen as a wallpaper.” So I surfed the net and surfed a couple of previous answers and questions about collages but all I found was that you can make collages with Photoshop. Now here’s the problem. I can’t buy Photoshop because-well I just can’t, I’m not allowed to. So is there any other site or way that I can make a collage for my computer with my fav pics?
Or is there a way you can download Photoshop for FREE?

P.S. I tried copying and pasting images into Paint but unfortunetly that didn’t work.
