can I make a collage from my pictures if I don’t have any of the fancy picture programs?

I have the adobe photoshop starter edition, and the photo program that comes with word, but nothing else. Is it still possible to make a collage for my desktop without having to download anything, if not, are there any free programs I can download that are easy to use?

    There are plenty of free photo editors available for download online. You might want to try “PhotoFilter Studio” or PhotoPlus. If you want to just make a collage try Isoftfox’s “Photo Collage.”
