3D Animation question (collage major)?

I’m attending NKU this summer and i’m thinking about what i wanted to major in. I have good drawing skill and good computer skills (illustrator, photoshop, Flash ….etc) i want to do something in the animation field. i want to be able to design video game graphics (levels) the backdrop on video games and that type of thing. got any suggestions? whats 3D modeling, or what i need to do to get into that kind of thing. if someone has a job in this field or any information on the subject and can shed some light on it please tell me, thanks

Believe it or not, try talking to your University’s Archetecture college because what you want may be based out of there.
